How ExitScore works
A simple checkout pass, a few photos, and a score that recognises the care you put into leaving a stay.
Follow four steps to see how the exit pass becomes an ExitScore from 0 to 1000.
The journey
From checkout to score
The process begins when your stay ends and follows the space after your reset pass.
- 01
The prompt opens at checkout
When your stay ends, a short prompt starts the ExitScore journey.
- 02
Complete the exit pass
Strip the bed, empty the bins, reset the kitchen, then make one final sweep.
- 03
Photograph the space
Take photos after the reset pass so the space is shown as you leave it.
- 04
Receive your ExitScore
Your photos lead to an eight-category score on a 0–1000 scale, with points following.
